What I collect
When you answer the questions on this site, your answers, name and email are saved in the site database and emailed to me. An AI tool reads your answers to suggest three follow-up questions and to write me a short summary. That AI service (Lovable's AI gateway, which runs OpenAI models) may keep what it is sent under its own privacy policy. If you email me instead, I get what you write.
If you use a chat on this site, what you type is sent to an AI service to write the reply. This site does not save your chats, but the AI service (Lovable's AI gateway, which runs OpenAI models) may keep what you send under its own privacy policy. To limit how many messages one person can send, the site keeps only a scrambled code made from your internet address.
When you pay a deposit or your Care Plan, Stripe collects your payment details. I see the payment, your name and email, but never your full card number. Stripe handles that data under its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
What I use it for
Only to answer you, quote, build your site and keep business and tax records. I do not sell or share your information with anyone except as needed to take payment (Stripe), to run this site, its database and the AI tool (Lovable), or as required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How long I keep it
I keep project emails and payment records as long as I need them for the project and for tax records. Ask me to delete your information and I will, apart from records the law requires me to keep.
