Refunds & cancellations

The deposit is not refundable. It books your spot in my schedule and pays for the planning and design time at the start of your project, so it is kept if you cancel, whether or not design has started.

You can cancel at any point. You will not be charged anything beyond the deposit and any work you approved in writing.

If I can't deliver what we agreed in your quote, I refund what you paid for the work I didn't deliver.

The rest of the build price, paid at launch, is not refundable. If something I built doesn't work as we agreed, I fix it at no charge.

The Care Plan is required while your site is live. If you cancel it from the Manage your plan link, the next charge stops and your site goes offline at the end of the month you have paid for. That month is not refunded.

I send approved refunds within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.
